We make all of our towels out of 100% organic long-staple cotton and weave them to an extreme thickness (1200 GSM) for a soft, plush and unparalleled drying experience. We have a technique that uses somewhat less of a twist to the loops, to compensate the thickness for the towels and avoid making them unnecessarily heavy. This is as high as you can reach in terms of plushness and softness in a bath mat.
